Florence Welch of Florence+The Machine has become one of my favorite musicians...her vocals are so beautiful. She's been popular a couple of years now, but I didn't get hooked until recently. She's also become a real style icon...got a lot of attention for this years Oscars appearance, and also appeared on the Chanel runway recently alongside Karl Lagerfeld.
