Corduroy & Loafers

We were told to dress casually on the day my co-workers and I visited the Volcom (see previous post) and RVCA (will post about soon!) headquarters in Orange County. I was happy about wearing my corduroy jacket that's been waiting patiently in my closet, along with my somewhat new faux snakeskin slippers that definitely need more breaking in. I stayed with a friend in Newport beach the night before so that I wouldn't have to drive in morning traffic from LA to OC...but perhaps more importantly so we could stay up late drinking wine having total girl-talk. I miss living in Newport and being close to the beach sometimes. This was one of those perfect crisp clear mornings you just want to play hookey. 
Luckily I had a fun day ahead of me...
