My new Outpost leather ankle boots from Free People arrived late last week, just in time to break them in over the weekend. One of the first adventures was a cloudy evening bike ride in Newport Beach....they couldn't have been more comfortable for the outing. I can't wait to break these in more and scuff 'em up a bit to get a real rustic look. The 2 inch heel is perfect for daytime but also transitions nicely into the night..I love a good boot that I can wear these with pretty much anything. Leather, a cut out back, buckles, rope and pointed toe...kind of in love.
