It's been so long since I've posted about my obsession with Erin Wasson's street style...she's been one of my favorite models for years and always a big inspiration when it comes to fashion. It must be because we're both from TX :) Her effortless style remains consistent and I love how she's not afraid to take a risk ....and better yet, pulls it off every time. Her tattoos kind of make me want to get some. She can go from total So-Cal skater girl to rustic & rocker to sleek & chic to elegant & glam....and keep her signature Erin 'look' throughout. Her style tends to be more basics mixed with badass accents whether it be the shoes, bag, coat etc. Lots of leather, lots of black...she does no wrong!!
Always walking runway for Alexander Wang.... Spring 2013 NYFW
Spent the weekend after the Thanksgiving holiday hanging around my own city wearing none other than my favorite cut offs...thanks to the 80 degree sunny weather of So-Cal. My trusty boots and new light weight off the shoulder/super soft sweatshirt were the perfect combo's to still manage a 'Fall' look. I avoided the Black Friday sales, but ended up walking the streets of Melrose and Beverly on Saturday...where I just may have made a few purchases. More to come on that though ;)
shorts: Levi cutoffs; sweatshirt- American Apparel;
to have spent the holiday in a nontraditional way surrounded by good friends in Laurel
Canyon...lots of giving...food overload, wine, music, relaxation with the smell of burning
pinon wood sitting around the fire pit & chiminea. Our lovely 'hostess' made such a beautiful table setting glowing with crystals and candles...totally set the vibe of a happy & mellow evening for all of us to enjoy. Time to go hiking now....
