Of all the different liquid eyeliner brands on the market, Kat Von D has it going on with her Tattoo liquid eyeliner. I've been using the black, "Trooper"...it is so precise and easy to apply...perfect for the cat-eye and winged tip effect. It also comes in Biker (dark smoke), Lapdance (rich plum), Maya (deep brown), and Skater (deep blue).
In the day time I like wearing a heavier top liner with a neutral shadow only (above)
For night time, darker eyeshadow with bottom liner creates a sexy look...you can also try a 'double winged' look, as shown in the last pic for a more dramatic effect.
