Free Agency

I visited the Free Agency Showroom in the downtown L.A Fashion District last week and fell in love. I knew it was going to be a good match as I smelled incense walking off the elevator...the scent growing stronger as I approached their entrance. The space is completely up my alley with a mix of rustic, vintage and bohemian decor....but most importantly they carry one of my favorite accessory brands, Heyoka Leather. I recently met two of the Heyoka owners, Rachel Avraham and Angela Bruyere (of Mogg Jeans), whose custom handcrafted leather goods have me wanting to drop my entire paycheck at once (check their Free People collaboration along with Bandit Brand - another line I'm loving). I knew Free Agency, which both of these creatives are overseeing, would reflect their down to earth style with its total blend of Native American, biker outlaw and free spirited inspirations. I'm looking forward to more Free Agency visits in the near future...doesn't hurt that it's not even a mile distance from my office at FIDM. If you're near downtown L.A any time soon, drop by and maybe you'll fall in love too :)
The Heyoka Leather wall...I want everything!
Bandit Brand T-shirts below...one in particular I'll be getting soon :)
Bandit Brand also has accessories (vintage and new)
...feeling like I need that thunderbird necklace the most
...my old home / new home
This designer gets his T-shirt prints right off feed bags....genius...
Rachel of Heyoka making hand crafted rose quartz necklaces...on the wooden desk that was recently carved from a fallen tree during an L.A storm. No big deal.
